酒款故事
多利士智利酒廠給了卡迪利拉紅酒新形象，
此新形象代表了智利葡萄栽培產業的革新。
保留了卡迪利拉(綿延不絕的安地斯山脈)
線條簡潔優雅的設計，並賦予產地在Maule谷及Caliboro區
的佳麗釀新願景。其土壤為粘質的沖積土壤，
有著溫暖、乾燥的氣候與50年以上樹齡的葡萄藤。
這塊位處沿海地帶受到雨水滋養的葡萄園，
擁有許多超過80年的老藤，
而Carignan這個幾乎被遺忘的品種，
在智利多利士酒廠的悉心照料下，無疑是智利最珍貴的資產。
釀造方式
葡萄採收後，泡皮26天，於26 ºC的環境下發酵8天，
於法國橡木桶中熟成10個月，其中30%為新桶，70%為二次使用。
深沉紅寶石色，花香與果香並俱，襯托出橡木的燻香；
酒的美味在口中優美展開，
伴隨著月桂與薄荷葉的香氣慢慢浮現。
陳年實力：在適當環境下可儲存7 到9 年
適合搭配法式肉醬、油封鴨、米飯配青蔬與肉類、各式熟食、
燒烤牛肉或BBQ、蔬菜燉肉或燉煮豆子。
