Catena Alta系列來自Catena家族葡萄園中歷史性的精選葡萄藤。
獨具歷史意義的精選葡萄藤
能夠混釀出有如交響曲和諧，且香氣迷人的優雅佳釀；
完美展現出被Catena家族四代傳承、守護的珍貴風土。
”Alta”西班牙文是”高聳”的意思，
代表葡萄來自高海拔的特選葡萄園，
以及由這些葡萄釀製而成的”高階”葡萄酒。”
酒款介紹
涼爽的氣候、富含石灰鈣質的土壤與約1500公尺的高海拔
使Adrianna葡萄園成為Chardonnay葡萄的理想之地。

有著純淨的水果風味和獨一無二的礦石感。
釀造方式
葡萄整串榨汁後，
全部汁液於225公升的法國橡木桶中以天然野生酵母低溫發酵。
30%的酒液不經乳酸發酵，
於法國橡木桶(新桶與使用過一次、兩次與三次的舊桶)熟成14個月。
迷人、精彩的烤土司、烘烤香料、礦石、
肉豆蔻與熱帶水果風味和諧交融於一體。
酒體中等，優雅具有無可挑剔的完美平衡。
