「河石」之名源於園內一塊佈滿白色橢圓石頭的地塊，
此處為古老的河床。
遍佈的圓石使土擾擁有良好的排水性與保溫性，
圓石能夠吸收陽光調節涼爽的夜晚，
也能在涼爽的夜晚過後發揮如同冰塊的作用。
於225公升的橡木桶和500公升的法國橡木桶
旋轉發酵槽中發酵17天。
經過10-15天的泡皮後，於法國橡木桶中熟成20個月，
並根據不同年份的特性調整橡木桶。
壓碎的漿果、甘草和紅茶的香氣純淨而集中，
隨之而來完美融合口感的是極其細膩的單寧，一路蔓延至尾韻。
均衡及悠長是這款酒最傑出的兩大特點，
整體層次豐富，超乎想像的美好。
