酒款故事
為了釀造出世界上最優質的葡萄酒，
Nicolás Catena先生將Catena家族
所擁有的葡萄園地塊仔細地研究與分類。
Adrianna葡萄園位於Tupungato省Gualtallary產區，
海拔約1,450公尺。
白骨夏多娜白酒僅使用園內第一區(Block 1)的葡萄，
「白骨」之名源於土壤下層層疊疊的沉積石灰岩，
以及遠古時期的河流所帶來的動物化石。
釀造方式
在攝氏6度的溫度下於不鏽鋼桶中靜置12小時，
再於法國橡木桶中發酵45~95天，並將溫度控制在攝氏16度。
採生物陳年法，部分酒液進行乳酸發酵，
並於使用過2-4次的舊法國橡木桶中熟成12~16個月。
伴隨著迷人的白薰衣草、檸檬、鳳梨、青蘋果、
百里香、迷迭香、發酵麵糰、杏仁和牡蠣殼的香氣。
酒體中等，酸度活潑，
口感緊緻且味蕾帶有辛香料感，有著豐富的風味及芳香。
令人驚豔的張力，並有多層次變化的新鮮水果、
香料、鮮花和草本氣息，既適合即飲或陳放。
