酒莊內的葡萄園於18世紀開始種植葡萄，
而酒莊也成為該區數一數二的重要資產。
杜道酒廠深深被培拉圖城堡的風土條件所吸引，
於1990年買下這座城堡。
培拉圖城堡位於Salleboeuf行政區的最高點，
Salleboeuf位於波爾多和 聖艾美濃
中間的Entre-deux-Mers區域。
深沉集中的色澤。黑櫻桃、成熟水果以及辛香料的香氣在杯中綻放。
入口後，雅緻的橡木桶風味以及柔順的口感包覆整個口腔，
結構均衡優美，尾韻綿延且多汁肥美。
釀造方式與陳年
將各批次的葡萄於不同容量的不鏽鋼桶進行恆溫發酵；
部分葡萄串於發酵前會先進行冷浸泡。
土壤
土壤成份相當多樣：石灰質黏土；
黏土和沙質黏土中還帶有小型鵝卵石
香菇牛肉串、牛肉捲、蔬菜燉牛肉，以及牛排等牛肉料理。
