羅尼史壯先生是第一位在俄羅斯河谷種植黑皮諾的先驅，
早在1968年，他便在River East葡萄園內開始種植黑皮諾，
如今，俄羅斯河谷被全球公認為高品質黑皮諾酒款的重要產區，
我們仍使用River East葡萄園內的葡萄釀造此款黑皮諾佳釀。

使用法國橡木桶發酵(32%為新桶)，並在法國橡木桶中熟成11個月。
 

迷人的紅色水果與花香中隱含些許土壤氣息。
鮮明的黑色莓果、蔓越莓與烘培香料風味伴隨良好的酸度，
酒體中等，單寧如絲綢般柔順，尾韻綿延；
於小型法國橡木桶中熟成11個月，
賦予酒款一絲香草與辛香料的複雜氣息。
 
適合搭配火腿拼盤、野菇燉飯、碳烤豬排。
