自十二世紀以來，
在布里尼(Bligny)地區種植葡萄藤，
佔地約20公頃。
如今這些知名地塊都已重新整地種植，
包括幾世紀前Sainte Euladie修道院建立的葡萄園，
以及著名的Cistercian修道院院長
- Clairvaux(VAL-l'Ermite)的Bernardin葡萄園。
使用傳統釀造法(Traditional Method)釀製，
與酒泥一同熟成24個月。
淡黃色澤的酒液，
散發清新並帶有些許鹹味的海風氣息，
伴隨些許成熟水果如鳳梨、榲桲的香氣。
入口口感清爽，
帶有新鮮水果和荔枝的風味，
尾韻延伸出礦物味。

希臘神話中傳說的「引起紛爭的金蘋果」)
可搭配胡桃木溫燻帝王鮭、奶油龍蝦義大利麵、嫩煎伊比利豬
