明定香檳區只允許種植Chardonnay、Pinot Noir、Pinot Meunier
此三種葡萄品種的新株，
因此保有種植Petit Meslier、Arbane、Pinot Blanc
這三種葡萄藤的面積十分珍貴稀少，
布里尼城堡在葡萄園中以石牆圍繞出一個「單一葡萄園(Clos)」，
並在其內種植與復育這六種法定葡萄品種，
才能釀製出此款極為珍稀的頂級佳釀。
淡金黃色色澤的酒液，
散發豐富細緻的花香，
烘烤風味、蜂蜜和八角茴香的香氣繚繞口中。
口感生動活潑、水果風味濃郁，
帶有香草、榲桲果凍和熬煮糖的香甜香氣，
令人愉悅的尾韻。
(*註：榲桲，又名木梨，是一種西班牙水果，
希臘神話中傳說的「引起紛爭的金蘋果」)
適合做為開胃酒，也可搭配魚子醬、油漬牡蠣、凱薩沙拉等料理。
