酒款故事
白石夏多娜白酒的葡萄來自園內第一區Block 1的27列葡萄藤，
「白石」之名源於遍佈土壤上的白色橢圓石頭。
安德瑞娜葡萄園位於Tupungato省Gualtallary產區，
海拔約1,450公尺。貧瘠的碎石土壤防止葡萄藤根部深入地底生長，
並提供良好排水性，讓葡萄藤處於嚴苛的生長條件。
涼爽的夜晚使葡萄能夠緩慢成熟，保留最理想的酸度，產量極低。

釀造方式
在不鏽鋼槽中、攝氏6度的條件下靜置12小時，
接著於法國橡木桶中發酵45~95天，溫度控制在攝氏16度。
進行攪桶，部分酒液進行乳酸發酵。
於使用過2次、3次、4次的舊法國橡木桶中熟成12~16個月。
 

帶有檸檬皮、鳳梨、白胡椒、丁香、茉莉、碎石和粉筆的香氣。
充滿礦物風味和緊緻的口感，
伴隨著持久與活潑的酸度，酒體結構相當平衡且圓潤。
陳年於橡木桶並與酒花接觸後，
展現出新鮮的柑橘、辛香料及咖哩的風味。
餘韻帶有淡淡的鹹杏仁香。
