酒款故事
Salmos名字的由來是為了向11世紀卡爾特教團英勇的修道士致敬，
他們在西元1095年來到普里奧拉開始種植葡萄，
在西元1835年葡萄園與修道院卻遭受到破壞，
最終以拍賣修道院物業為收場，
這就是知名的"Desamortización de Mendizábal"事件。
西元1996年，多利士家族在山坡上佈滿堅硬、
像黑色版岩的里克萊亞土壤(Licorella)上開始葡萄園種植工作。
由多利士家族釀造，葡萄來自我們位於波雷拉(Porrera)
與埃利洛阿爾(Lloar)的葡萄園。
神話紅酒是普里奧拉(Priorat)地區出產的葡萄酒，
其酒體在強而有力與優雅之間取得無與倫比的平衡。
釀造方式
11 至 12 天的浸皮處理，
接著在的溫控不鏽鋼桶中進行約一週的酒精發酵。
隨後移至法國橡木桶中完成乳酸發酵，
陳釀期間長達 16 個月，70% 於法國橡木桶（20%新桶）中熟成，
其餘則存放於3000公升的法國大橡木桶中熟成。
迷人的深櫻桃紅酒色。香氣濃郁且令人著迷
豐盈的果香與一系列無花果、乾李子交織香氣，
並隱約透出椰子與杏仁糖的底蘊
口感極具誘惑力，單寧細緻香醇，尾韻悠長不絕
展現出烘烤與高貴木質（橡木、雪松）的細膩層次。
