葡萄分別來自義大利兩個最受推崇的葡萄酒產區:
Veneto、Friuli Venezia Giulia。
採收期為八月底至九月中旬,
嚴選每串葡萄後,除梗、破皮和輕微榨汁,
發酵於溫度16°C,並在恆溫的不鏽鋼槽中熟成10天左右。
稻黃色澤,散發著草地上的花香、
梨子和金蘋果的香氛,香氣清爽、複雜度高,
展現出鼠尾草和薄荷優雅的氣息,
以及灰皮諾典型的優雅礦石風味。
入口後,酒體中等、活潑優雅,
尾韻繚繞著些許的礦石和檸檬皮的風味。
