酒款故事
坐落在聖羅蘭修道院的Kimmeridgian 土壤上，
普宜富美產區的誕生地。
這些泥灰岩是侏儸紀時期黏土跟貝殼化石的沉積物。
「JS-150」這個名字的意思是「上侏羅紀1.5億年」。
釀造方式
嚴選最佳的葡萄果實，並輕柔壓榨，以保留新鮮的果香。
85%在控溫不鏽鋼桶中進行發酵， 15% 在特朗賽橡木桶中發酵。
酒泥陳釀 12 個月後，於初夏裝瓶。
金黃色澤，有著金合歡花、海洋等清新氣息。
口感圓潤，濃郁，有著橘子、糕點香氣，尾韻則是有木質系與礦石氣息。
豐富的複雜性，是對這個產區最傑出風土的致敬代表。
可與多種菜餚、白肉和魚類搭配。
蒸魚佐菠菜芽，配上濃郁醬汁或是搭配馬鈴薯餅一起與雞肉烘烤。
