路易佳鐸在1996年買下賈各城堡，賈各城堡位於風車磨坊特級村莊，
在Fleurie和Chenas之間，有27公頃葡萄園，土壤為花崗岩。
風車磨坊特級村莊的酒現被譽為「薄酒萊之王」，
可說是最有頂級布根地風采的薄酒萊紅酒。
特色:
地理位置和土壤組成都和金丘地區不太相同，
這就是為什麼薄酒萊紅酒只用加美葡萄釀造。
Clos de Rochegrès土壤成分主要為花崗岩，
土層不算太深，覆蓋於堅硬的岩床之上。
這是一款使用老藤葡萄釀造的獨特紅酒，
老藤在葡萄園中僅有8公頃的面積。
釀造:
在封閉大桶內釀造並淋汁，
接著在橡木桶中熟成12個月，部分葡萄有進行去梗。
保存方式:
在適當環境中可陳年10到20年。
石榴紅色澤帶點緋紅光芒。
精緻香氣中有玫瑰花香與些許礦物氣息，
酒體飽滿，口感柔潤，單寧優雅且綿長。
