路易佳鐸在1996年買下賈各城堡，賈各城堡位於風車磨坊特級村莊，
在Fleurie和Chenas之間，有27公頃葡萄園，土壤為花崗岩。
風車磨坊特級村莊的酒現被譽為「薄酒萊之王」，
可說是最有頂級布根地風采的薄酒萊紅酒。
特色:
葡萄園位於村莊的高處，土質含有高比例的石英。
釀造:
手工進行挑選與採收，去梗後，葡萄泡皮3~4個禮拜，
使用野生酵母進行發酵，規律進行淋皮與壓帽萃取單寧。
酒液於100%全新法國橡木桶中熟成10個月，並儲放於路易佳鐸酒窖。
橡木桶使用來自Alliers、Limousin、Nivernais森林的優質林木製作。
保存方式:
此酒款需要2~3年才會成熟，在適當環境中可陳年幾十年。
La Roche是一款非常精準、極具張力並帶有豐富礦物感的佳釀。
