路易佳鐸酒廠1996年買下
薄酒萊產區的Château des Jacques 賈各城堡，
葡萄園27公頃大，位於Moulin à Vent，
介於Fleurie與Chenas二村之間。
薄酒萊產區共有10個頂級村莊，
Moulin à Vent 是其中之一，也是知名度最高的村莊，
這裡所釀的紅酒被譽為是『薄酒萊之王』！

特色:
從地質與土壤成份來看，薄酒萊與金丘有很大的不同，
這也是為什麼加美葡萄成為薄酒萊產區主要的栽種品種，
Clos du Grand Carquelin的土壤鋪在一層含錳量豐富的岩床上，
上層多是砂質土與一些黏土，讓葡萄酒有集中的酒色。

釀造:
於密閉發酵槽做發酵，其中部份葡萄有”去梗”，
過程中透過”淋汁”來萃取更多的風味，
之後於橡木桶中熟成12個月後裝瓶。

保存方式:
在適當的儲存環境可陳年10~20年。




 

酒色呈現亮麗的深紅櫻桃色澤，
飄散出濃郁高雅的紅色水果與香料的香氣，
風味飽滿，單寧適中，酒體平衡，令人激賞。
 

搭配紅肉料理佐醬汁、野味與各式乳酪都非常完美。
